Join us in celebrating 100 years of History, Glamor and Gastronomy…
Two new menus are unveiled in our former ballroom, the present-day setting of our 2-Michelin-star gastronomic restaurant “Les Ambassadeurs”, where our chef Jean-François Piège has officiated for the last 5 years. Especially devised to celebrate the 100th birthday of our famous Palace, these menus will be available for 100 days, and not a day more!

The Hôtel de Crillon Bar
To mark the 100th birthday of the Hôtel de Crillon, our imaginative Head Barman Philippe Olivier has created a new Cocktail: the “One Hundred”. This cocktail may be savored in the bar, in the Winter Garden, in the Galerie or on the Hôtel de Crillon Patio.
