The ancient healing rituals of old Siam are combined with Thailand’s famed martial art in an extraordinary Anantara experience that will let your spirit soar. Offering an immersion in authentic cultural experiences that lie at the heart of Anantara, the innovative new Fight For Beauty package at Anantara Hua Hin Resort & Spa Thailand is truly unique.

The package begins with an hour-long lesson in Muay Thai, the traditional form of boxing that is deeply entwined with the history of Thailand itself. A self defence technique, a sport, a science and an art form, Muay Thai boosts physical strength, stamina and inner poise. Guests will learn how to use different parts of their body as a weapon – not just their fists and legs, but also their knees, elbows, hands, and chin. Thai Boxing is an amazing way of improving overall body fitness as well as leading to an overall improvement in determination, self-confidence and courage.

Once the physical exertion is over, perfect pampering awaits at the award-winning Anantara Spa, nestled in the heart of the resort’s fragrant gardens. The spa journey begins with a calming and detoxifying 30-minute Thai herbal steam followed by a body scrub made from a centuries old recipe incorporating the smoothing power of indigenous tamarind. This specially formulated scrub helps stimulate blood circulation and gently slews away dead skin cells to leave the skin soft and glowing. The journey ends with a 60-minute Anantara Deep Tissue massage to ease tired muscles and to instill a sense of true relaxation and harmony.

The Fight For Beauty package costs THB 5,500++ per person and is available until August 2009. Package includes use of our Spa pool and relaxation lounge and includes warm ginger tea and fruit refreshment. Guests can order from our Spa cuisine menu as they relax around the pool or relaxation lounge.
