Regent Seven Seas Cruises guests not only travel the world, they also enjoy the best of international cuisine through two major programs. Through an affiliation with France’s prestigious Le Cordon Bleu cooking school, Regent offers Signatures, the only permanent Le Cordon Bleu restaurants at sea, aboard Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager.
Regent guests also learn sacred cooking secrets and history first-hand from worldwide experts via Le Cordon Bleu’s \"Classes Culinaires des Croiseres\" and other food-and-wine themed voyages offered through Regent’s Circles of Interest enrichment program. \"Classes Culinaires des Croiseres\" feature workshops of no more than 12 guests, along with shore-side visits to local food markets, and are offered from January to September, 2008 aboard Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager. Regent is also featuring food and wine Circles of Interest voyages featuring other celebrated gourmets including former White House chef Walter Scheib, who will host “Presidential Culinary Secrets under the Mediterranean Sun” aboard Seven Seas Navigator in June, and Napa Valley celebrity chef Cindy Pawlcyn, who will host “Mediterranean Food Odyssey,” also aboard Seven Seas Navigator in June.
