Both are based in Atlanta and report to Mark Wells, senior vice president, Brand Management, The Americas.
“As we continue on our journey to create great hotels guests love, it’s vital that we have leaders like Gina and Robert, both of whom are industry and IHG veterans,” said Mark Wells. “The recent creation of our global brand management team has allowed us to tap into the experience of Gina and Robert to continue the success of our brands here in the Americas.”
Ms. LaBarre most recently served as vice president, Brand Management, Candlewood Suites, where she led the brand to record-setting growth and performance, with more properties now in the Candlewood Suites pipeline than any brand in the midscale extended-stay segment.
