Whether you’re a curious professional, a much appreciated chef at home or just a notorious gourmet, here is a unique chance to learn from and delight in savouring the passionate creations of 3-star Michelin chef, Antoine Westermann, who will be in residence at the resort’s renowned French restaurant, Farang Ses from 8-11 November 2007.
Chef Westermann will introduce diners to his passionate cooking style at Farang Ses during dinner and will also host a cooking class on 10 November 2007 from 10:00-13:00 hrs. For a complete culinary experience, guests can book a deluxe colonial suite and enjoy a host of benefits including round trip airport transfers, breakfast and a relaxing spa treatment.
Hailing from Alsace, France, bordering Germany, Chef Westermann combines flavours inspired by his childhood with global ingredients in his inventive cooking style. The region’s traditions and the warm, home-style food of his parents were what inspired him to become a chef.
Alsation recipes are handed down through generations, and the hearty and typical “Roasted Britanny lobster with home-made orange tagliatelle” and “Roasted suckling pig with Cèpe mushrooms and seasonal vegetable confit.” will appear on the à la carte dégustation menu at Farang Ses.
