Group Director of Property Maintenance, Engineer & Innovation, Six Senses Resorts & Spas. Juergen Seidel has been promoted from group director of property maintenance for Six Senses, to oversee all properties' engineering departments and supporting projects, energy and environment, Green Globe® 21 benchmarking and certification, plus new project development, construction and openings. His responsibilities also include his role as project leader of zero carbon emissions for the group and the Green Globe® 21 Spa benchmarking and certification process development.
Juergen first joined Six Senses in 2002 focusing on the Evason properties in Thailand and Vietnam. He was mechanical and engineering support for project and construction through the opening of Sila Evason Hideaway at Samui, Evason Hideaway at Ana Mandara and Evason Hideaway at Hua Hin, which features the multi-award winning Earth Spa.
Prior to joining Six Senses at Evason Phuket, Juergen was project manager for Siemens Ltd Thailand – Power Transmission & Distribution, following a stint as Risk Survey Engineer for AON/Alexander & Alexander on the Bangkok BTS Skytrain and the MRTA subway system projects. He has held roles as chief engineer at Banyan Tree Phuket, Allamanda Phuket, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok and was director of engineering at Hotel Sofitel Raja Orchid in Khon Kaen.

David Edward Renton – Group Butler for LIFE, Six Senses Resorts & Spas. David Edward Renton has joined the Six Senses group to oversee the dual position incorporating the role of group LIFE (Leisure Interesting Fun Excursions) director by managing, controlling and focusing on the sales of each resort’s LIFE activities, and group butler trainer by evaluating instructor performance and the training programme effectiveness. The position will work closely with the hub and resort human resource teams.
A British National, David brings with him almost 30 years of hospitality and management experience. Prior to joining Six Senses he held the position of operations director at the prestigious private members club Mosimann’s in London, where he was responsible for the day to day operations of the club. Prior to this he was regional director of UK Golf Management Ltd. and previous to this he was regional director of the UK American Golf Corporation Limited for nearly 10 years.
David is based at the Six Senses’ Hub.
Sorasak Chairachapas - PMS Project Standard Manager, Six Senses Resorts & Spas. Sorasak Chairachapas has joined Six Senses as project standard manager for the Property Management System (PMS). He will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing the system at both new and existing resorts whilst working closely with the reservations departments and resort management.
Prior to joining Six Senses Khun Sorasak, a Thai National, held the position of project manager at Minor Corporation PCL where he oversaw various software implementations and projects across the groups portfolio of Marriott and Anantara in Thailand and Maldives. Previously he was IT manager at Swissotel Le Concorde Bangkok and Novotel Bangna and Siam Square Bangkok. Prior to this he held various positions within the Central Group of Hotels & Resorts over a 9 year period in Thailand.
He brings with him over 19 years of hospitality experience and holds a Bachelor Degree Majoring in Science Mathematics from Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmitr, Thailand.

Boniface Lim – Chief Engineer, Soneva Gili & Six Senses Spa. Boniface Lim has joined the multi-award winning Soneva Gili as chief engineer to manage the engineering department and supporting projects.
Prior to joining Six Senses Boniface was employed as chief engineer of Longbeach Ancient Village Resort & Spa in Vietnam where he was responsible for the technical services department and pre-opening activities. Previously he held roles as chief engineer at Pulai Springs Resort Johor and Berjaya Langkawi Beach & Spa Resort, both in Malaysia. Prior to this he held various senior engineering and maintenance positions in luxury hotels and resorts.
Boniface is a Malaysian National with a diploma in electrical and electronic engineering, and certificates in both maintenance and fire training. He is based at Soneva Gili
