Monte-Carlo Spa Symposium
A forum for exchange

Sensational in every way
The Monaco Spa Event, the leading international exhibition for the luxury spa and wellness industry, presents a complete overview of this fast-expanding sector. In 2008, we are introducing an innovative sensory exhibition – based on the concept of the five senses – that will give visitors a better perspective of the latest trends in beauty, products and treatments, design, construction and management of a luxury spa.
A new sensorial path allows you to experience the real essence of the global spa and well-being industry, whether you are a hotel/resort investor and owner, architect and
planner, or owner and manager of a day spa, destination spa, medical spa, thermal springs spa, thalassotherapy centre, resort/hotel spa, cruise ship spa, club spa, or wellness centre. Senior therapists and educators, health and fitness professionals, tourism and travel-related organisations and operators, plus major retail chains and distributors will also find a wealth of ideas at the show.

Monte-Carlo Spa Symposium (18–20 January 2008)
The Monaco Spa Event is a point of reference and through its own high-level symposium, it will give you the information needed to interpret market demands based on professional studies on the spa sector.

Who needs to know? Investors, hotel operators, hotel owners and hotel directors, project developers, consultants – hotel and spa, architects, interior designers, spa managers/directors, leisure managers … anyone involved in the industry!

What can they find out? Why there are so many luxury brands entering the spa field.
What architects need to know before starting a spa project. Sources of capital for spa investment. The latest upcoming services. The economics required to run a successful spa? Aspects of quality management – how to improve services? The factors driving the medical spa trend? And much more…

Simply put, the 2008 edition of the Monte-Carlo Spa Symposium gives professional operators a forum for exchange, to improve their knowledge and competences.

The Monte-Carlo Spa Symposium addresses the latent demand coming from sector professionals regarding studies, expertise and exchanges on the spa sector. With competition increasing, architecture and concepts evolving, and customers now much better informed and demanding more services, the summit aims, during three days, to bring the industry up to date on the latest spa trends. It will do so through a fusion of sensorial, technical, professional, and economical experiences designed to improve and deepen knowledge.

In three packed days, visitors can discover all that’s new in the sector thanks to the dynamic programme of conferences and “Ask the expert” sessions. Influential opinion-formers will ensure appealing content for the duration of the show, sharing their experience with the audience.

Among the speakers are: Ray F.
