1000 Room Golden Tulip In Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Golden Tulip Hospitality welcomes one of the largest properties in United Arab Emirates to its family, the Golden Tulip Ajman, due to open early 2008

Golden Tulip Hospitality Group is proud to announce the signing of a management agreement for its largest hotel within its portfolio, the Golden Tulip Ajman.

The new 4 & 5 star Hotel, Golden Tulip Ajman, comprises of 1000 rooms, Suites and Apartments. The construction project has been divided into two phases;

Phase 1 opens in early 2008 and comprises of 444 Hotel Suites and Apartments spread in three towers, The Residence, The Suites, The Executive Apartments, each having a mixture of studios, 1 bedroom and connecting rooms making it an ultimate family and businessmen choice.
Phase 2 is a 550 room Hotel with a revolving restaurant, the first of its kind in the emirate of Ajman, expected to open in 2nd quarter 2009.

Ajman, or Ujman is the smallest member state of the United Arab Emirates, with an area of just 260 square kilometres. Its capital is Ajman. Located along the Persian Gulf, it also controls Masfut and Manama, two small, inland enclaves that are primarily agricultural. The population of approximately 235,000 is located mainly in the capital, Ajman. The population was only 36,100 in 1980 but grew considerably in recent years, due to an influx of people from the neighboring emirates of Dubai, Sharjah, and other countries.

With the addition of the Golden Tulip Ajman the current hotel portfolio in the Middle East & Africa comprises of 37 hotels with over 7000 rooms in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen and aiming to reach 50 hotels, inns & resorts by the year 2010.
