RockResorts Names Judson Hawk New General Manager Of The Hotel Jerome In Aspen, Colorado

RockResorts announced today that Judson Hawk has been selected as the new general manager of the Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado. He will start his new position at the Hotel Jerome on July 16, 2007.
Hawk brings years of experience working with the Aspen community to his new appointment. For the past seven years, he has been the general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands. Hawk and his wife, Carol, are actively involved in the community and look forward to continuing to be long-term residents of the area.
“Over the years, Jud has firmly established himself within the local Aspen community and was the ideal candidate for general manager of the Hotel Jerome. His background in the luxury hospitality industry will help take the Hotel Jerome to an even higher level of excellence,” said Tim Estes, vice president – Beaver Creek/Aspen hospitality of RockResorts. “As a company, we look forward to supporting Jud and the Hotel Jerome and preserving the legacy of this iconic Aspen landmark.”
Before his tenure as the general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands, he was the general manager of The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera in Edwards. In addition, Hawk brings over 16 years of experience with Ritz-Carlton hotels, including playing an integral role with the openings of several Ritz-Carlton hotels across the country.
Hawk received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University. He, Carol and their two children reside in Basalt.
