Sedona Resorts is pleased to announce its involvement in two new world-class Caribbean resort communities. Both projects are focused around individually designed village cores and include major resort residential real estate components, each featuring a boutique-size resort hotel, destination spa, and a wide range of other amenities including golf on St. Kitts and a deep water marina facility capable of accommodating mega yachts up to 300 feet on Crab Cay.

"Sedona's vision for expansion is to utilize our extensive experience by developing and managing resort oriented Master Planned Communities, which typically include a unique, independently branded resort hotel, a full-service destination spa, and resort ownership and rental programs, as well as extensive club and sports amenities," said George Lidicker, Sedona Resorts' President and CEO who is renowned for having developed and operated the award- winning Enchantment Resort, Mii Amo Spa, the Tides Inn, and a number of other properties regularly acclaimed by Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure and Zagat publications. While retaining a financial interest in its existing properties, Sedona will be refocusing its management efforts to offer development, operations and marketing services support to new Master Planned Resort Communities. Assisting Sedona pursue this new vision for expansion will be Charles Brownfield, who will be involved with corporate and development activities while serving as Chief Marketing Officer. Brownfield brings some 30 years of hospitality experience in Sales, Marketing, Development, Brand Management and Divisional Operations to the Sedona team and has worked with major upscale brands and top independent hotels and resorts both domestically and internationally.
