Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts luxury and lifestyle portfolio, will be situated in Dubai’s Marasi Marina neighbourhood and feature 63 upper luxury units as well as ten floating homes.
The launch of the property – expected to be completed at the end of 2027 – is propelled by Dubai’s position as a leader in the luxury lifestyle sector.
Also reflecting the expansion of Dubai’s branded residences sector, Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place is set to become the world’s first independent Regent Residences property.
Expanding IHG’s high-end portfolio in the region, Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place will reflect modern upper luxury, catering to the refined and modern clientele. This flagship project celebrates the unique vision of elevating luxury hospitality experience within a residential ecosystem.
