Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL, stated, “Gurgaon’s strategic location, coupled with its proximity to industrial corridors and Delhi-NCR, has made it a thriving commercial hub. This new development will offer a premium experience that caters to the diverse segments including both MICE and weddings. We are delighted to partner with Tivoli Group to develop this hotel.”
The hotel will feature 225 spacious guest rooms and suites, each designed with an emphasis on luxury and comfort. Guests can indulge in a variety of culinary delights at the hotel’s all-day diner, bar, specialty restaurant, and multipurpose lounge.
Additionally, the hotel will boast extensive banqueting and meeting facilities along with recreational amenities such as a gym, a spa, a swimming pool, and a social garden.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 6 hotels in Haryana including 2 under development.
