The property is positioned as the emblem of fine Milanese hospitality, discreet and intimate with a welcoming warmth.
The guest experience will be even smoother to enjoy, courtesy of digitalised check-in / check-out and service-booking processes via a dedicated app.
Designed by Milanese architects Spagnulo & Partners, the spaces at Casa Baglioni draw inspiration from the art and design of 1960s Milan, a milieu marked by a historic coming-together of artists, designers, architects and avant-garde movements intent on a cross-pollination among different disciplines.
A member of the prestigious network The Leading Hotels of the World, Casa Baglioni will offer 30 colourful, luminous rooms and suites, a 40-seat restaurant with 1 Michelin star by Chef Claudio Sadler – relocated to Casa Baglioni from its current address on Via Ascanio Sforza – plus a sophisticated wine cellar, a summer rooftop bar and a fully equipped fitness area.
There are 7 varieties of rooms and suites, all embellished by pieces of fine Italian craftsmanship from the “Cromie domestiche” collection by artist Gala Rotelli, inspired by the art and design of ’60s Milan.
The Superior and Deluxe rooms (with and without balcony), the Junior Suites with Terrace, the Deluxe and Terrace Suites, and the 2-bedroom Family Suites offer an exclusive stay amid supreme comfort in Brera, the city’s artistic heart.
In addition, the 4 Top Suites celebrate the Milan of Giò Ponti and other great artists, architects and designers of the time. At 60 and 67 sqm respectively, the Leonardo and Milano Suites vaunt superb views of the Milan skyline from the 5th and 6th floors.
Then the 113-sqm Brera Presidential Suite, with a magnificent private terrace spanning 26 sqm, and the Montenapoleone Signature Suite (108 sqm on the 6th floor) feature glorious floor-to-ceiling windows for admiring the city to full effect.
Casa Baglioni’s fine Italian savoir faire is a story of tradition and innovation told with our illustrious partners: Panzeri for the lighting, Rubelli for the wallpaper, Dedar for the fabrics, and Zucchetti for the taps and fittings. Chef Claudio Sadler, auteur of the cuisine, will also create the breakfast buffet and the food amenities available at various times of day, for another welcoming touch to make guests feel truly at home.
“Casa Baglioni will be an elegant, sophisticated Milan penthouse for all its guests, an immersive journey in the art and design of 1960s Milan, an intimate encounter with masterpieces by great Italian and international artists from Castellani and Bonalumi to Paolini, Gastel and Imhof, kindly loaned by the Stefano Cecci Trust Collection, and objects of Italian manufacturing design”, commented a proud Guido Polito, Group CEO since 2011.
