Texas-Based Pearl Real Estate Expands Embassy Suites Portfolio

Embassy Suites Hotels announces the opening of its first property in Fort Worth, TX as the only upscale, all-suite hotel property in Fort Worth. The new Embassy Suites Fort Worth – Downtown, is owned and operated by Texas-based Pearl Real Estate, the same development and management company of the Embassy Suites Lubbock, which has won the brand’s prestigious “Connie Award,” named in honor of Hilton Hotels Corporation founder, Conrad Hilton, for two consecutive years, in 2005 and 2006.

“We are excited to expand the Embassy Suites brand to Fort Worth with Pearl Real Estate,” said Jim Holthouser senior vice president, brand management, Embassy Suites Hotels. “We are confident the high levels of customer service and satisfaction delivered in the Lubbock property will be brought to Fort Worth, propelling the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.”

Located directly across from the renowned Bass Performance Hall, and only three blocks from the Fort Worth Convention Center, the property is perfectly accessible to all Fort Worth area attractions, and is within walking distance of Sundance Square, which offers guests an array of restaurants, retail shops, art galleries and live entertainment venues.

“We are delighted to bring an Embassy Suites to downtown Fort Worth, one of the fastest growing, most dynamic and business-friendly cities in the country. Our all-suite property will fill a void that has existed in the downtown area for quite sometime,” said Pritesh Patel, CEO of Pearl Real Estate.

Each suite is beautifully appointed and fully equipped with two 32-inch plasma televisions featuring Hi-Def programming, a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, two telephones with data ports and a well-lit dining-work table with an ergonomic chair.

The property will also offer guests complimentary high speed Internet access, a 6,000 square foot conference center, fitness center by Precor, a business center complete with remote printing, an indoor pool, The Market Bistro where guests may access fresh brewed Starbucks coffee and “Elements,” the property’s own martini bar.
