In this setting, the table plays the exclusive card.
Every day, for lunch and dinner, a menu decided on the day itself by the Chef is offered to the clientele. Depending on the season, the market and the vegetable garden, it is above all the inspiration, even the imagination, of the Chef that is the main factor.
The place is so inspiring.

Passionate, he attaches importance to the work done by his team, with the ethic of creating a refined and delicate cuisine, because DIDIER ANIÉS' cuisine is sober and elegant.
The quality of the products, the seasoning, the cooking, combined with dexterity, all express themselves in the heart of the plate.
In the restaurant room, the Château conceals an alcove reserved for lovers, "La Pantoufle de Veyre".
After finding out about the culinary tastes of his guests, the Chef concocts a Discovery Menu, a culinary poem that has no equal.
Originally from the South West, he comes from a family of wine growers. His first 10 years, spent in the countryside, built him up and gave him a taste for the terroir and the healthy life. In the park of the château, he has set up a vegetable garden and a herb patch, the harvests of which will enhance the finesse and authenticity of his dishes with their textures and scents.
You will love La Vie de Château!
In March 2020, the management of Château de la Tour was entrusted to Audrey Navarro. With this takeover, the Nova Ace Group added a new hotel on the Côte d'Azur.
It joins the two Bordeaux vineyards acquired in recent years, Château Tour Saint-Fort in Saint-Estèphe (vineyard & B&B) and Château Grand Ormeau Lalande-de Pomerol (vineyard).
