"Sky-high Morning Kenjutsu Practice" at HOSHINOYA Tokyo
This program aims to refresh the mind and body through sword training at 160 meters above the ground. In this activity, our original training routine that combines the movement of swordsmanship and deep breathing can be practiced in the clear morning air.
By making large movements of swordsmanship using a wooden sword, muscles of the whole body can be used. Furthermore, by performing various swordsmanship movements while being conscious of deep breaths, lung function can be stimulated and enhanced.
On the rooftop of the high-rise building where this program is held, there is nothing to obstruct the views, where a clear view of Tokyo’s skyline with Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower can be enjoyed.
Tour the city of Tokyo on a two-story open rooftop bus that travels around Tokyo Station, the National Diet Building, and the Toranomon area, offering 360-degree views and an exhilarating ride through the city. This program was made possible with the cooperation of Hinomaru Motor Co., Ltd., which offers the two-story open rooftop bus tour "Skybus Tokyo".
