Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

An one-of-a-kind luxury experience can be relished at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred Man Wah restaurant. Situated on the renovated space on the hotel’s top floor on 25/F, Man Wah presents refined classics of Cantonese cuisine, complemented by the spectacular view of the Victoria Harbour.

With much excitement, the restaurant recently launched a Yunnan Wild Mushroom Delicacies, presenting mouth-watering menus highlighting the finest mushrooms from Yunnan province in southwestern China.

Meticulously created by Executive Chinese Chef Wing-Keung Wong, the authentic lunch and seven-course dinner menus highlights mushroom-infused dishes, such as Morel Mushroom and Fish Maw Pudding, Double-Boiled Whole Abalone and Matsutake mushroom etc. The menus are available now until 5 September 2021.

Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo

Located on 38/F, the top floor of Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, K’Shiki offers authentic and classic Italian flavours along with an extraordinary view of the city. Featuring a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji, guests can get a taste of Chef de Cuisine Davide Di Dio’s relaxed but refined lunch or dinner in a laid-back setting.

Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai

The city’s cherished Presidential Suite Two Bedroom at the top-floor of Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai offers an astounding view of the city from every side of the suite.

Spanning 788 square metres, this peerless residence features 4.8-metre-high ceilings, two private sky garden terraces, and separate areas for dining, entertaining, meeting and resting. The spacious bathroom includes a two-metre Jacuzzi and steam room, plus a private gym and spa treatment room.

In addition, upon the hotel group’s collaboration with Aquazzura, the luxury Italian footwear brand, limited-edition slippers are gifted to guests who check into the Presidential Suite, which further enhances the luxury experience.

Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing

Café Zi at Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing is an expansive terrace garden that provides a stunning view overlooking the city landmarks such as the Forbidden City. Listed as Michelin Plate restaurant by Michelin Guide Beijing for two years in a row, the classic Cantonese cuisine crafted in visually appealing dishes offer the utmost retreat.

The new afternoon tea set – The Mandarin Summer Delight includes fresh fruit flavours, adding on to the enjoyment of the summer weather. Savoury offerings include Smoked Salmon “Éclair” with Caviar and Sour Cream, and yummy scones with clotted cream and jam.

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

With an extensive view of famous landmarks of the Lion City, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s Bay@5 poolside terrace lounge allows guests to enjoy classic and contemporary cocktails, fine champagne and wine in the fresh air.

Along with a spectacular view of the glittering Marina Bay, the lounge is an ideal location to watch the renown sunset of Singapore. The chic poolside setting adds to the style and ambience, allowing guests to experience the utmost retreat with small bites from the lounge menu.

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur’s AQUA Restaurant & Bar is the ultimate resort for a luxurious retreat. The alfresco dining space overlooks KLCC Park and the city’s skyline, furnished with stylish interior reflecting contemporary design with polished copper finishing.

Chefs prepare the orders a la minute to create a truly interactive dining experience, and the restaurant is furnished with hanging copper lights, bespoke tiles for the open kitchen counter, an island bar, a dessert counter, and a uniquely designed wood-fired pizza oven.

While enjoying the views of the infinity edge swimming pool, guests can savour AQUA’s signature cocktail, the Tom Yum Margarita, at the white marble top bar. For guests who prefer a more private dining experience, the three units of cabanas come with a day bed, throw pillows and outdoor bolster cushion.

The Dorchester, London

Launched in April 2021, The Dorchester Rooftop celebrates the hotel’s 90th anniversary, while showcasing the beauty of London. Succeeding several seasonal collaborations, the Polo Lounge pop up started in June 2021, creating an environment where guests can indulge in the taste and feel of Los Angeles in London.

The California themed decorations that remind one of an iconic LA restaurant includes the banana leaf print, candy stripes and fragrant bougainvillea. Guests are invited into a Hollywood hotspot worthy of a carpet arrival followed by dishes directly brought from the menu at The Beverly Hills Hotel, a sister hotel under the Dorchester Collection’s umbrella brand.

Hotel Principe di Savoia, Milan

The iconic Italian hotel has launched “The Breakfast in the sky”, inviting guests to enjoy private dining high up on the penthouse terrace.

Bringing together exquisite Italian menus, warm service, and a stunning view of Milan’s skyline, it’s a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion. A personal butler will also be on hand to take care of guests, leaving them to relax and admire the views.

The offer is available every day for two to four guests (both residents and non-residents) with three menu options, 8 – 11.00am, until September 30.

Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona

An elegant and relaxing summer experience can be enjoyed at Terrat of Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, where guests can dip into the pool while immersing into the breath-taking aerial view of the city from the rooftop terrace.

With a 360 view of the filigree, fairy-tale spires of Gaudi’s Sagrada Família, guest can immerse in the incredible scenery with a wide range of drinks and cocktails.

A delicious choice of authentic Peruvian cuisine from Gastón Acurio is also available, while guests can relax and appreciate the gorgeous sunset of Barcelona.
