The MTLHC committee is proud to announce that team Aether from Ferrandi Paris school won yesterday the first prize in the Most Talented Leaders Hospitality Challenge (MTLHC) in the Hotel Competition for Best Leadership Talents.

The reveiling was live via on the committee’s YouTube channel and Facebook platforms. The Aether team is composed of Eric Shipley, Pauline Savoldi-Loyrion, Léa Mostermans and Jade Paganon-Simon. They stood out by communicating in a clear and convincing manner an innovative strategy that knows how to meet a need, solve a problem, and create a new market to face the challenges presented in the case studies of the ÉPIK Collection Group and the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. They presented distinct advantages combining efficiency, feasibility, and profitability to drive business success while maintaining sensitivity to environmental and social implications. A great source of inspiration for future generations.

Distinction Awards

The first position: Each member of the winning team will receive a HumanYo + Impact scholarship including personalized coaching on leadership strategy, a value of CAD 500, offered by Founder and CEO Ghani Kolli. In addition, the team will have a VIP experience at the Fairmont Château Frontenac, with a 3-night stay, including breakfast and a dinner at SamBistro, as well as a private tour of the establishment.

Second position: Team Baobab, de IUBH University of Applied Sciences, Bad Honnef, in Germany. Candidats: Cara Schreiber, Nienke du Preez, Sebastian RelewiczEach team member receives a grant of CAD 300 offered by the Epik Collection Group.

Third Position: Team MTL2, Institue de tourisme et d’Hotellerie du Quebec and l’UQAM, in Canada. Candidates: Sara Di Zazzo, Aurélie Van Bever, Érika Palamaro, Louis Bolduc. Each team member receives a CAD 250 gift certificate valid at any Fairmont location around the world, offered by Ken Hall.

Participation and innovation award that showcases a person's motivation, leadership, and team spirit. Two one night stays at the SONDER establishment of their choice.

Distinction Prize awarded to candidates who have distinguished themselves throughout the competition; CAD 75 Prepaid Gift Cards x 4

Prizes awarded to allies who distinguished themselves in the final; CAD 60 Prepaid Gift Card x 4
