Ms. Carollo is based in Chicago and joins the existing Meeting & Incentives Sales team throughout the US. Barceló Hotels & Resorts continues to expand its group sales and meeting staff as it grows its presence throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. Presently Barceló Hotels & Resorts has 32 all-inclusive resorts and more than 10,000 guestrooms throughout Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America and is poised for additional brand expansion. Ms. Carollo joins Barceló Hotels & Resorts from the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort where she was Regional Sales Manager. She brings more than 15 years of management experience in hospitality and related fields. She has also held sales and marketing positions with Apple Vacations. She is a graduate of Columbia College of Chicago and is an active member in the hospitality industry.
