Global Excellence Awards.
The five-star resort was recognised as the ‘Best Corporate Resort on a Global Level’, ‘Best Villa Resort in Asia’, ‘Most Luxurious Suite in Asia’ for ‘The Anam Terrace Suite’ and ‘Best Culinary Experience in Vietnam’ during a red-carpet awards ceremony at The St. Regis in Kuala Lumpur last month.
Designed to reward outstanding hotel, spa and restaurant experiences across 172 countries and 90 categories, the Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards are described as “the pinnacle of achievement in global hospitality” and are now in their sixth year.
The Anam’s founder Pham Van Hien said his team was thrilled that the independently owned and operated resort had been recognised for so many of its strengths.
“Our piece of paradise really has everything going for it and these awards are a testament to this,” Hien said. “You want excellent MICE facilities in a stunning beachside location? Looking for incredible villas, many of which have their own private swimming pools, or what’s now officially deemed Asia’s best suite? Wishing to indulge Vietnam’s best culinary experience? We’ve got all of this and so much more.”
The Anam has also been deemed Vietnam's leading "Luxury Cultural Resort" at the recent 2019 World Luxury Hotel Awards. Over 300,000 people voted in this year’s awards across more than 99 award categories.
Prestigious Australian magazine Holidays with Kids announced that its readers had voted Anam as among the “Top 10 Best Family Resorts Worldwide”, with the resort coming in at third place.
The Anam also recently received the ‘Best Luxury Stay Experience in Vietnam’, ‘Best Hospitality Entrepreneur’ and ‘Best Hospitality Employees Team in Vietnam’ awards at the 2019 Asia Pacific Tourism and Travel Federation Awards.

About The Anam Cam Ranh
The Anam overlooks 300 metres of beachfront on Vietnam’s scenic Cam Ranh peninsula, which averages more than 300 sunny days per year. With a design inspired by Vietnam’s bygone Indochine era, the luxurious five-star resort boasts 77 villas and 136 rooms and suites. The Anam also features a fine dining grill, all-day dining restaurant, a Vietnamese restaurant and bar, a classical bar, a beach club, in-room dining, a 10 treatment-room spa, 3-D movie theatre, three capacious swimming pools, ballroom, conference rooms, recreation and fitness centre, a tennis court, yoga room and deck, kids club, putting green, gift shop and more. The Anam and its team are guided by a “Indochine Charm, Modern Luxury” approach to accommodation, blending colonial-era charm and warm-hearted Vietnamese service with modern comforts and convenience.
The Anam’s world-class conference facilities including its ballroom, dedicated meeting rooms, and theater offer MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, events) planners and delegates from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and beyond a reinvigorating ocean-side location with ample space and cutting-edge technology.
The Anam’s leading accommodations - the Ocean View Pool Villas, Ocean Front Pool Villas, Spa Villas and Family Hill Villas - feature separate living rooms and tranquil private pools with sunbeds. Totalling 128 square metres, the resort's leading suite, The Anam Terrace Suite, offers a separate living room and balcony offering extraordinary views across the resort, headlands and ocean.
The resort’s four distinct restaurants and three bars lure diners from venues casual enough for finger food and refined enough for a baby grand piano.
