Legendary chef Pierre Gagnaire returns to his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Pierre at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong from 7 to 12 October 2019 to present signature dishes from his esteemed Italian restaurant in Paris, Piero TT.
Following the success of the first Piero TT in Courchevel, France, Chef Gagnaire launched his second Italian restaurant in Paris in February 2019. The vision of his Parisian Piero TT is to embrace ‘la dolce vita’, which means to live the good life. Offering simple and comforting Italian favourites, the ingredients take centre stage to deliver fresh, profound flavours.
Guests will experience a seven-course tasting menu personally created by Chef Gagnaire along with Jacky Tauvry, Chef de Cuisine of Pierre. Some of his featured Italian dishes include Veal and white truffle paste ravioli, Blue lobster risotto, Veal chop Milanese-style with artichoke salad, pecorino and pine nuts, as well as Tiramisu with burrata ice-cream flavoured with Campari and lemon.
The seven-course dinner tasting menu that is priced at HKD 1,988* per person from 7 to 12 October 2019. The à la carte menu will also be made available. Chef Gagnaire will be present throughout the promotional period.
