October 1st 2019, Evok open Cour des Vosges, at number 19 of the famous Place des Vosges and closed its Parisian chapter.
In the heart of the historic center of Paris, unique hotel with stunning views of the Square Louis XIII, Cour des Vosges offers 12 rooms and suites, a restaurant, and a Roman bath.
A secret retreat, an esoteric spot, and a hotel unlike any other, Cour des Vosges cultivates the French art de vivre and the elegance of Parisian mansions of a bygone era. The interior design is by Lecoadic-Scotto, they have created quite an unusual atmosphere: a discussion between eras where contemporary design meets period objects and references. High ceilings, terra cotta floor tiles, redesigned four-poster beds – here, the authenticity and spirit of the location are preserved and respected.
The terrace on the ground floor offers light fare and also a “Brach pastry corner” with a selection of sweet treats concocted by pastry chef Yann Brys, who was named Meilleur Ouvrier de France. ABOUT COUR DES VOSGESWith its French royal past reverberating through its stone walls, La Cour des Vosges reinvents history.
Paris, Le Marais. In the regal surroundings of the famous Place des Vosges, EVOK makes time stand still by imbuing the national heritage site of the former Hôtel de Montbrun with poetry.
While respecting the period forms and volumes, the celebrated trees and arcades are admitted into the intimate environment of the rooms. All overlooking the Louis XIII gardens and the pink-brick houses with slate roofs, the twelve rooms and suites of this 17 th -century residence now offer private spaces, a tearoom, and Roman baths, revisited over four floors by designers Lecoadic - Scotto to give a noble feeling of authenticity.
