Hilton Austin’s Cannon + Belle is a whiskey lover’s dream. Located in the hotel lobby, this full-service restaurant features a “Bourbon Bar’ that speaks to all whiskey drinkers, from novice to expert. Patrons can jump on the “Whiskey Trail” – the bar’s twist on the classic flight option – and choose four styles to sample, including Kentucky Bourbon, Japanese Whiskey, Rye Whiskey or American Bourbon.

At Hilton Cleveland Downtown, be prepared for a satirical experience at the Prohibition-themed bar created in the spirit of Eliot Ness, an American Prohibition agent famous for his attempt to take down a notorious mobster. Two must haves – the Smoking Gun Old Fashioned, which consists of Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon, and the Great Lakes Brewing Co. Eliot Ness beer.

Terrazza 241 at Hilton Lake Como is known not only for its picturesque views of the most beautiful lake in the world, but also for its rendition of two classic cocktails. Pinky Colada is this bar’s take of the ultimate tropical drink, the Piña Colada - invented at Caribe Hilton in the 1950s – enriched with watermelon liqueur. The second – the Smoked Negroni – draws both travelers and locals alike by combining thyme-infused gin, Campari bitters and red vermouth, smoked with thyme, for a seductive and aromatic blend that pairs perfectly with a beautiful Lake Como sunset.

At Hilton San Francisco Union Square, bar goers can grab a 1919, an ode to Hilton’s milestone 100th anniversary, at Cityscape Lounge, a bar some movie fanatics may recognize from the 1972 film What’s Up Doc. If looking for a local brew, Urban Tavern offers a curated list of hyper-local craft beers along with Chef Sean Leone’s famous “Mama Leone’s Butter Cake,” the chef’s family recipe that has become a staple on the Urban Tavern’s dessert menu.

For gin lovers, The Duniway Portland – a Hilton Hotel – is a must. “Top Chef Masters” winner Chef Chris Cosentino’s Jackrabbit restaurant and bar offers a menu rooted in authenticity, adventure and luxury, and boasts the largest selection of specialty gins in the city. For those looking to enjoy a real showstopper, the Millionaire Martini will do the trick, a sophisticated drink made with Nolet’s Reserve Gin, vermouth and gold flake.

Hilton Norfolk The Main’s Grain bar is the city’s only rooftop bar and with more than 75 beers on tap, it’s a beer lover’s haven. Every Wednesday, the bar hosts Brewfest, a two-hour event featuring local breweries, new beer releases and half-off growlers. For those staying the weekend, guests and locals alike can indulge in a Sunday brunch buffet and a MAIN-mosa, a sharable pitcher of OJ with a bottle of prosecco and house-made sorbet.

In the heart of the nation’s capital, Lady Madison at The Madison Washington DC, honors Former First Lady Dolley Madison, who was known for hosting parties and entertaining guests. Be sure to try one of several signature cocktails, including the President Cellar Manhattan, a house made, barrel-aged cocktail with bourbon, bitters and vermouth. For sweeter palates, try a Dolley’s Colada, served straight up with local white rum, coconut milk, spiced pineapple syrup, lime and coconut water.

There is no better way to relax than at Eden Garden rooftop bar at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai. This cozy bar has the most astonishing view of the Shenzhen Bay. Grab a signature cocktail created by F&B Master champions, Jack Wang and Chris Gai, then decompress in one the bar’s sophisticated indoor and outdoor spaces while listening to cool remixes from top DJs.

The Waldorf Hilton London is a must-visit destination for music and cocktail lovers. One of Britain’s hottest music venues, The Parrot London offers exotic cocktails and entertainment in an intimate tropical setting. In addition to hearing sounds from renowned actors, DJ’s and producers, travelers can quench their thirst with cocktails inspired by 393 vividly colored parrot species from around the world.

The Social Restaurant and Bar at Hilton Lima Miraflores is the ideal gathering place for friends and solo travelers in search of meaningful connections and a pleasant time. Signature cocktails, an array of distinctive Peruvian-contemporary fusion flavors and its sophisticated terrace make it one of the 10 best restaurants in Lima according to Trip Advisor. Try the new cocktail “Alicia” for a tasty and visually stimulating surprise.

Hilton Pilar’s lobby bar is beautifully designed with grand windows that create an open and welcoming environment that travelers will love. The scenic view entices patrons to relax and connect while indulging in a variety of ingredients perfectly concocted for an exquisite taste.
