Company LLC (PLC), today announced that Langham Hotels International has signed
to become one of its first customers.
The PLC is the recently formed joint venture between The Leading Hotels of the World,
Ltd. and TRUST.WIZCOM., offering superior reservations, sales, and distribution
services to hotel and travel companies.
Langham Hotels International and The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. are the first two
customers of The PLC. In making the announcement, Paul M. McManus, president and
chief executive officer, The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. commented, “We are
delighted that along with us Langham Hotels International is one of the first customers of
the PLC. We will both be able to continue to build our own independent brands while
fully capitalizing on the combined expertise of The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. and
TRUST.WIZCOM. in the areas of sales, marketing and distribution.”
Brett Butcher, senior vice president sales and marketing, Langham Hotels International
added, “We have worked with The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. and
TRUST.WIZCOM. for many years, and are very pleased that these proven and
pioneering companies have come together to offer the most comprehensive and costeffective
solution for group hotels in existence today. Although there were other
providers for sales and distribution services, we felt that nobody could have offered as
qualified and all-encompassing service as the PLC.”
The PLC gathers the great resources and experience from The Leading Hotels of the
World, Ltd. and TRUST.WIZCOM., leaders in their respective fields, to deliver superior
reservations, sales, and distribution services to hotel companies whose objective is to
maximize the revenue potential of their brand and products. Unique to the industry, the
PLC will offer the services of either a “card-carrying” dedicated salesperson or sharedsales
team, each of whom will be educated on all properties within the portfolio. It also
affords hotels the opportunity to choose select targeted markets around the world for
both voice centers and sales offices.
