Here are the winners:Constance Culinary Competition:
Sascha Kemmerer from Austria and Sasha Dinoo from Constance Prince Maurice who formed Team B followed by Julien Poisot from France & Emmanuel Fortuno from Constance Belle Mare Plage, Team A.
At the third place, it was Maryline Nozahic from Switzerland and Sanjay Bajgain from Constance Ephelia Seychelles, the duo of team D.
Mikael Svensson from Norway was the proud winner of the Deutz Trophy
One of the main criteria to win this trophy was that it must be beautifully paired with Willian Deutz Champagne. Imposed products: Madagascar Gambas
Dany Godere from Constance Belle Mare Plage won the Constance Sommelier Competition.
A true example of great dedication and perseverance, Dany was among the participating sommeliers last year as well. Not winning the trophy and title for the 13th edition made him even more motivated this year as he successfully ticked all the competitions’ winning conditions and seized the 14th edition Constance Sommelier Competition’s trophy.
A sweet victory for Brigilla Ramdally from Constance Belle Mare Plage who came 1st in Nespresso Café Gourmand
The concept: To reinvent a well-known classic, served with petit fours and taste superb with Nespresso coffee.
For Art of the Table competition, it’s Rodolph Mooneapillay from Constance Prince Maurice who wowed the judges with his superb setup and presentation.
For the third time consecutive, Stephane Labastide from Constance Prince Maurice bagged the trophy for the Pastry Competition Pierre Hermé – Valrhona trophy.
For the Cocktails Competition its Sachin Samo Burthia from Constance Prince Maurice.
Save the date for next year, the 15th edition of Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau will be from the 21st till the 29th of March 2020.
