With its seventh hotel enterprise, the Fasano Group accomplishes yet another national expansion project with the same standard of excellence already known in the other hotels and restaurants belonging to the brand.
The opening of Hotel Fasano Salvador brings to the capital of Bahia the Group personality and excellence, internationally recognized as synonymous with impeccable quality and service.
Fasano Salvador is the first located in a historic building listed by the Institute of Cultural and Artistic Heritage (IPAC) as Cultural Heritage of Bahia and operate in the magnificent building that housed the first headquarters of the newspaper A Tarde for 45 years.
The project, signed by the São Paulo architect Isay Weinfeld, respected the characteristics of a listed building and incorporated original features of the 1930s construction.

At the entrance, the lobby was restored preserving the original walls and floor covering, faithfully reproduced in Carrara marble and Alpe Verde granite, carrying the typical status of Art Deco. Two antique silver chandeliers from Bahia were adapted to the settings. The interior of the hotel combines the refinement of the Fasano brand with elements that keep alive the history of the building, using dark woods that refer to the Jacarandá, natural wood from Bahia.

The Hotel Fasano Salvador has 11 floors and 70 rooms (divided into Superior, Luxury and Sea Luxury, Suite, Junior Suite and Luxury Suite), Fasano restaurant with two rooms and a wine cellar, a rooftop with leisure area and business center with three areas.
Custom rooms range from 26m² to 73m². Blue stands out in the details of the decoration, such as carpets, fabrics and handmade ceramics.

The apartment 106 is the former room of the presidency of the newspaper A Tarde, and has preserved the original parquet floor and Jacarandá panels, as well as the plaster decorations that have been restored. The original design of the bedroom doors has also been preserved. Another original detail that was kept were the upper windows of the doors, transformed into lamps. A differential of utmost importance is the acoustic treatment applied to windows and doors, to give guests greater comfort.

Fasano Salvador rooftop has a privileged view of the All Saints Bay, one of the postcards of Salvador. The rooftop has a wooden deck, with a swimming pool lined with granite Azul Bahia, a bar, the Fitness Center and the Wellness SPA. The Spa is an attraction in itself with rituals that revitalize body and mind to ensure all-round well-being. With three massage rooms and a wet sauna, the Spa is signed by the massage therapist and holistic therapist Fabrícia Nogueira, who prepared an exclusive treatments menu for the Bahia experience. Not only guests but passers-by can also take advantage of services by appointment.

The gastronomic experience of the Fasano Restaurant brings the legacy of Italian origin cuisine that bears the signature of the restaurateur Rogério Fasano.
With a floor space of 250m² divided into two rooms with a central bar and high ceilings of 4.7m, the original aesthetic of the 1930s has been preserved. The area is alsoavailable for private events, and the wine list presenting a wide variety of labels.
