To allow members of the Raffles Ambassadors, Fairmont President’s Club and Swissôtel Circle programs to retain all their privileges, the Group is giving them a Le Club AccorHotels according these members status based on their original program’s status and their stay history for the past 6 months. Fairmont’s e-certificates, Swissôtel’s Advantage Awards, and the other exclusive advantages the two brands offer their most loyal members will automatically be credited to the new Le Club AccorHotels accounts. They can be used as usual until their expiration dates to reserve stays at the hotels of these two brands. The status equivalences can be found on the program site (https://www.accorhotels.com/leclub/united-kingdom/join-loyalty-program/index.en.shtml)
As new members of Le Club AccorHotels program, loyal customers of the Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel brands will continue to enjoy the unique experiences the three brands offer, and to receive the many exclusive advantages and services available to them according to their status. In addition to accessing the many immediate benefits, loyal customers of the three brands will discover one of the sector’s most diversified offerings in terms of point accumulation and use. They can for example use their points to buy one of the 700 products available in La Collection, an online store reserved for members of the loyalty program, to reserve one of the Elite Experiences granting members VIP access to a major event (US Open, backstage access at the Tony Awards with a night at Sofitel New York, New Year’s Eve at Novotel Times Square, etc.) or to enjoy one of the Dream Stays, premium packages offered at the Group’s iconic hotels around the world.
With Le Club AccorHotels, members will be able to earn points and spend them at a wider portfolio of properties across the entire range, from economy (ibis Styles and ibis) and luxury/upscale (Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman and Swissôtel) to midscale hotel brands (Novotel, Mercure and Mama Shelter). Current members of Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program can now earn and spend points during their stays at Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel brand hotels and also use them to enjoy unique experiences at over 550 of the Group’s luxury and upscale properties around the world. The AccorHotels luxury brands are committed to offering increasingly personalized and memorable experiences as well as high-quality service.
“This consolidation opens a new chapter in the history of Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program. Recognizing and rewarding our loyal members has always been our top priority, and the integration of the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel programs unlocks more earning power, more privileges, more rewards and more extraordinary experiences for each and every member,” said Isabelle Birem, SVP, Loyalty, AccorHotels. “Our pledge to the members joining from Fairmont President’s Club, Raffles Ambassadors and Swissôtel Circle – with your new Le Club AccorHotels membership, your stays and nights will go further to get you more free nights faster, while you continue to enjoy the familiar Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel experiences you know and love.”
“Extensive research and analysis was completed in order to ensure that the combined program would meet and exceed the needs of our current and prospective members, as well as preserve the benefits members found most valuable from their previous programs.
