FelCor Announces Resignation of June C. McCutchen as Senior Vice President, Director of Design and Construction

FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH), one of the nation's largest hotel real estate investment trusts (REITs), today announced the resignation of June C. McCutchen as Senior Vice President, Director of Design and Construction, effective December 31, 2006. Ms. McCutchen is leaving FelCor to start a consulting business.
Ms. McCutchen, 51, joined FelCor in 1995. With more than 23 years of experience in the hotel industry, Ms. McCutchen specialized in hotel capital improvements, including renovations, product improvement plans and brand conversions for FelCor. For more than 10 years, she was responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars spent in capital improvement across the Company's portfolio. During her tenure with FelCor, Ms. McCutchen led a team of professional project managers and engineers.
Prior to joining FelCor, Ms. McCutchen was project director with American General Hospitality, where she managed all capital improvement work for more than 35 properties each year. Prior to 1992, she was project manager for Hilton Hotels, Inc., for four years, and prior to 1987, she served as design coordinator and purchasing manager for Embassy Suites, Inc.
