Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel is reopening for the new season on March 1, 2018, right on time to enjoy the mild spring weather on the French Riviera, and get back in shape for the summer.

The Hotel’s ideal location at the tip of the exclusive Cap Ferrat’s peninsula provides numerous opportunities to exercise while enjoying the sea breeze and outstanding views on the Mediterranean Sea. No wonder the French Riviera has been considered as one of the top destinations in Europe to get healthy. With its year-round warm micro climate and the benefits of the famous Mediterranean diet favouring vegetables, fish and olive oil, the destination offers all the conditions to regain energy and get back into shape.

For all of those looking to embrace this healthy Mediterranean way of life, the Hotel has developed different wellness programs including a daily morning run along the coastal pathway with a personal coach, yoga sessions in the blooming gardens and getting fit in the enhanced fitness facilities, featuring one indoor fitness studio and three outdoor cardio studios to ensure guests do not miss any of the spectacular views while exercising.

The Spa offers a range of facials and body treatments by the French brand Biologique Recherche, the Swiss based Dr Burgener and the recently Australian added, 100 percent natural Sodashi. To relax after the effort, Spa therapists have imagined tailor-made signature treatments combining music, sensorial and aroma therapies like the signature Aromatherapy Infused Massage, ideal for re-balancing the body’s energies. Kids also have their dedicated Spa programs and may join their parents in some of their activities to make it a fun family wellness getaway.

The iconic Club Dauphin features a 33 metre (108 foot) sea-salt heated pool available for families, and the Spa has its own indoor pool with counter-current option as well as a sauna and hammam.

The cuisine of the Hotel is overseen by Michelin-starred Chef Yoric Tièche, who has created for the restaurant La Veranda a menu based on locally grown products including daily healthy suggestions. Between freshly grilled fish and Mediterranean vegetables, there are options for all tastes to experience the best products of the region.

Nestled in 17 acres (7 hectares) of lush landscaped gardens overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Hotel provides the ultimate resort retreat for a weekend escape or a family holiday, offering 74 guest rooms including eight suites with private plunge pools, and a private villa, the Villa Rose-Pierre. It also offers a strategic location to explore the best of the Côte d’Azur only 30 minutes drive from Nice and Monaco.
