Smyth
Named a ‘Best New Restaurant’ by Bon Appetit and Chicago magazines, Smyth continues to earn praise around the globe as the ‘future of fine dining.’ At the two Michelin starred West loop restaurant, husband and wife team John and Karen Shields present a joyful eight course tasting menu journey that transports guests to The Farm, a unique collaboration that is at once the source of the restaurant’s inspiration and its very own living pantry.
The Access: Guests who reserve an eight-course dinner will be greeted with a cart side cocktail creation and bites in the lounge before watching the culinary team construct a few special plates followed by dinner.
Vosges Haut-Chocolat
Chicago’s premier luxury chocolatier, Vosges Haut-Chocolat, was the first to combine exotic indigenous spices, herbs and liqueurs with premium, ethically sourced chocolate.
