Pulling off a spectacular achievement, T’ang Court at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi, has maintained its three Michelin star status for the second year in a row. It is the only Chinese restaurant in Mainland China to attain this distinction by the 2018 Michelin Guide, Shanghai.
Sven Isberg, managing director of The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi, said, “We are very proud that T’ang Court has again been recognized with the highest star rating from Michelin. T’ang Court at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi has garnered numerous international culinary awards over the years. Under the leadership of Chinese Executive Chef Justin Tan, T’ang Court’s culinary brigade is on a continued mission to create an exquisite dining experience by adopting only the best ingredients to showcase both traditional Cantonese favourites and contemporary delicacies.
