The newly launched guest recognition program of Warwick Hotels and Resorts, Warwick Journeys, today announces exciting initiatives with two prestigious entities, New York City’s The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and Bucherer (jewelry retailer) as well as the addition of the recently opened Warwick Paradise Island – Bahamas into its benefits portfolio. Warwick Journeys offers loyal guests of the brand the opportunity to experience special perks and customized amenities at 13 properties throughout North America and Europe, with the Warwick Paradise Island – Bahamas being the first participating property in the Caribbean.
“We are excited to continue to evolve our Warwick Journeys program through the inclusion of our new Paradise Island property as well as our collaborations with The Museum of Modern Art and Bucherer,” said Clare Chiu, VP of Business Development for Warwick Hotels and Resorts. “These three outstanding additions to Warwick Journeys will help us provide even more bespoke experiences for our most valued guests.”
MoMA Collaboration
Through Warwick’s relationship with The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), all Warwick Journeys members will receive a 20 percent discount on the purchase of two adult tickets, as well as a 20 percent discount on the purchase of one item in MoMA’s stores when staying at the Warwick New York.
Black level Warwick Journeys members, the program’s highest tier, will receive free admission for themselves and up to four guests to the museum, early access to select exhibitions from 9:30-10:30 a.m. each morning, access to select exhibitions before they open to the general public on Member Preview Days, as well as discounts on purchases in MoMA stores and restaurants (Café 2, Terrace 5, The Bar Room of The Modern). Additionally, Warwick Journeys members will be able to book special offers at the Warwick New York that will feature MoMA-centric amenities and promotions. The Warwick New York pays homage to its neighbor across the street with its Modern Art Suite, one of the hotel’s signature suite offerings, that features prints of works displayed in MoMA as well as a terrace that overlooks the museum’s rooftop.
Bucherer Partnership
Warwick Journeys members who travel to Paris, France and stay at the Warwick Paris or the Hôtel Westminster can also receive exclusive experiences as part of a new partnership with Bucherer, the largest retailer for fine watchmaking and jewelry in Europe. Purple level members will receive a personalized tour of the brand’s flagship store on Boulevard des Capucines, which is the largest watch store anywhere in the world, complete with a welcome glass of champagne. In addition to those amenities, Gold level members will receive complimentary watch servicing. Black level members receive all of the above benefits as well as exclusive access to a special watchmaking or diamond workshop (exclusively on a reservation basis) and a complimentary Bucherer candle that they can enjoy.
New Warwick Paradise Island – Bahamas Inclusion
The 250-room Warwick Paradise Island – Bahamas is a four-star, adults-only all-inclusive resort set on Nassau Harbour, located along the island’s South Shore. The resort features a white-sand harbourfront beach, five restaurants, two bars, a fully equipped fitness center, gift shop, resort-specific entertainment and activities, and a tour desk offering sightseeing options to destination attractions.
The on-site and just-opened Amber Spa offers a full menu of massages, facials, skin care and hair treatments for an additional charge. A signature feature of the resort is the 10,000 square foot Warwick Sunset Terrace, which overlooks the harbor marinas and is complemented by Edgewater Grill, the resort’s open-air steak and seafood restaurant.
Warwick Journeys: A Distinctive Guest Recognition Program
Launched in March 2017, Warwick Journeys features special amenities, promotions and experiences for loyal patrons of Warwick Hotels and Resorts based on a tiered structure. In addition to gaining credit for every stay completed within the program, Warwick Journeys features a distinctive cross-stay accelerator benefit that allows members to progress through the benefit tiers significantly faster by staying at multiple Warwick locations rather than being loyal to just one property.
