Key to the Urban detox package is the Spa’s Inner Strength treatment, a sequence of soothing massages that ease physical tension and emotional anxiety resulting from an exceptionally stressful time in one’s life. The application of a heated compress warms the core, while guided breathing quietens the mind, enabling the guest to enter a meditative state.
Inner Strength oil is used throughout the Inner Strength treatment with its powerful blend of healing rose and frankincense for focus and clarity, and cardamom and geranium to balance the mind. The treatment concludes with attention given to the reflex points in the feet to gently awaken the senses.
Also included in the Urban detox wellness package is a one-hour private yoga class for a personalised body and soul workout. Other package benefits include EUR 75 credit for savouring the healthy cuisine created by Chef Thierry Marx at L’Honoré, the new dining area located in the lobby alcoves.
