With three restaurants now starred by the prestigious Michelin Guide - widely considered to be the most important measure of culinary achievement in the world - Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is now the only hotel in Europe to offer three distinct Michelin-Starred dining experiences.
L’Orangerie and Le George restaurants have each received their first Michelin Star, while signature restaurant Le Cinq has retained the highest rating of 3 Michelin Stars in the just-released Michelin Guide France 2017.
Debuting less than one year ago, L’Orangerie offers an intimate atmosphere overlooking the palace hotel’s famed Marble Courtyard. Chef David Bizet’s menu exemplifies traditional French cuisine in its refinement, elegance and respect for nature.
Le George presents a modern interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine, featuring lighter dishes meant for sharing, all bursting with flavour and freshness. The culinary brigade at Le George is led by Chef Simone Zanoni.
In 2016, Executive Chef Christian Le Squer led the Hotel’s legendary Le Cinq to earn 3 Michelin Stars in his first year at the helm, an honour that has been repeated in this year’s Guide. His unique approach of combining traditional French cuisine with creative new ideas elevated Le Cinq to Michelin’s top distinction, deemed by its anonymous inspectors to offer exceptional cuisine that is worth a special trip to experience.
Also just announced: Le Cap at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel has retained 1 Michelin Star.
