Renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy Award winner Robert De Niro, Hollywood producer Meir Teper and Australian business tycoon James Packer are the visionaries behind the flagship hotel, slated to soft open this fall. “Since opening my restaurant in Miami Beach 16 years ago, I have felt a connection to this city and the people. Now with the Nobu Hotel, I feel like I have a new home." – Chef Nobu
The Nobu Hotel features world-renowned Japanese restaurant Nobu Miami, Helene Henderson’s Malibu Farm, along with rooms and suites set within the Eden Roc Miami Beach’s landmark Morris Lapidus tower.
Designed by architect David Rockwell, the property will deliver a fun-luxury experience with Nobu amenities for guests, while paying homage to Eden Roc’s venerable heritage. The hotel’s 206 spacious guest rooms and suites offer stunning ocean and Intracoastal views with designs that draw upon Japanese architecture and the hotel’s oceanfront location to evoke a contemporary Japanese beach house. All rooms and suites feature private bars and exclusive food and beverage offering, Barcelona’s Nature Bissé bath amenities, custom Nobu mattress and Fili d’Oro bed linen.
Thirty-five luxury suites embody peace and relaxation and are adorned with sleek furnishings and teak accents. The three penthouse suites offer breathtaking ocean views and 2,400 square feet of elegant decor available for guests seeking luxury accommodations or a venue for an exquisite event.
The perfect hotel for food lovers, the heart of the experience is Nobu Miami. The restaurant serves its genre-defining cuisine to a strong following of international tastemakers and devotees in its soaring dining room, and also offers a tantalizing 24 hour in-room dining menu designed especially for Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. Nobu guests will soon have exclusive access to a private Nobu pool with soaring views of the ocean and beach with Nobu poolside service and menus.
Complementing Nobu’s high-energy dining experience, the first east coast outpost of Chef and Swedish transplant Helene Henderson’s Malibu Farm will grace the property’s oceanfront dining space. Helene’s food philosophy – “fresh, organic, local” – is simple and revolves around finding the best ingredients and doing little to modify them. Malibu Farm at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach will source produce from area farms and markets, combining local influences with Helene’s California home.
