The existing property with 57 luxury villas will join the group in Q3 2016 and will be operated as a members-only resort. It is the newest addition to Rezidor’s expanding portfolio in Saudi Arabia that now features 27 hotels with over 5,200 rooms in operation or under development.

The lodge-like Nofa Resort and Club is only four years old and located 84km away from Riyadh within the municipality of Al Nemar. Adjacent to the unique property is the Nofa Safari Park with an extensive collection of wild and desert animals such as the famous Arabian Oryx. The resort comprises 57 stunning villas ranging from 170 to 1,600 square meters and offering total privacy, two family-dining restaurants, a coffee lounge and a juice bar. Business and leisure facilities include state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a large entertainment centre, an equestrian centre, a golf resort, a palm and fruit orchard, and a safari zone. The property also features a mega, state-of-the-art banquet hall that will host large, high profile conferences, conventions, exhibitions, weddings and other types of events accommodating more than 800 people.

Accommodation at the resort is restricted to members only. Selected food & drink offers as well as event bookings will also be open to external guests.
