Rotana today announced that it will open two new properties in Istanbul next month, marking the brand’s maiden foray into the Turkish market. The “Burgu Arjaan by Rotana” and “Tango Arjaan by Rotana” will officially open their doors to guests on 1st of June 2015, adding a total of 318 rooms to Rotana’s existing 13,359–strong room count across the region.
The “Burgu Arjaan by Rotana” - divided into two connected towers will have a total of 162 room, while the “Tango Arjaan by Rotana” will be a 156-room hotel, from studios to one bedroom and two bedroom suites. The two hotels will share a host of vital facilities such as the lobby, lounge café, business centre, restaurant, Fitness & Wellness Club, indoor and outdoor pools and landscaped areas, as well as a number of meeting and conference rooms.
Building on its partnership with Dap-Yapi, Rotana has signed agreements for two new properties with the Turkish group – the “Dalga Residences by Rotana” and “Vazo Residences by Rotana” – increasing its portfolio in the country to 6 hotels. The upmarket residences – to be located in Maltepe – will add a further 272 rooms to Rotana’s existing inventory.
