The bi-annual event is an exclusive opportunity for Swiss Education Group students to access career opportunities from top companies that travel in from around the world to attend the forum.
The success of the International Recruitment Forum attracts new industry recruiters every year and boasts the reputation as a not-to-be-missed event that meets the high standards of hospitality recruiters’ needs. This year, more than 90 CEOs, Managing Directors, Chief Executive Chefs, Vice Presidents and HR Directors and Managers attended the forum. Pierre Botteron, Vice-President HR Europe of FRHI Hotels & Resorts shared: "We have been attending the International Recruitment Forum since it was first held. Every year, we see it as a unique opportunity to meet and exchange information with young talents from all over the world and to attract the managers of the future."
In addition to recruitment, industry professionals shared real-world experiences in 22 fascinating Roundtable discussions and Mr. Ramesh Patel, CEO of Les Concierges in San Francisco gave a very inspiring keynote speech sharing how the early challenges in his life in Kenya and the United Kingdom shaped his successes in the hospitality industry.
The two-day event is a very exciting moment in the Swiss Education Group student journey. An event full of anticipation, nerves and emotions it has set in motion incredible career opportunities for thousands of hospitality students.
