RIU Hotels & Resorts, with a commitment to offer its guests the best possible service, has just launched its new application for mobile devices. This version, created by the hotel chain's web team, with careful consideration of guests' opinions, enables easier and more complete management when it comes to booking a holiday. The app is now available, free of charge, at the Apple Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
RIU's new app offers the following advantages[/b]: access to Riu Class account (the loyalty program for guests), a new offers and promotions section, improvements in display and stability, fewer steps when making a booking, and availability in seven languages (Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German and Dutch).
When booking with the new application, guests will be able to choose from the hotel chain's full range of destinations, with a final price free of any extra charges, as well as to book transfers (airport-hotel-airport) and to confirm their bookings immediately, without delays.
Another important feature is the one allowing guests to manage their Riu Class points program, the RIU Hotels & Resorts loyalty system. With the changes and improvements introduced, users will be able to register on the program to accumulate points and access exclusive advantages, manage their accounts simply and check all the information about hotels and destinations.
