The 300 rooms Babylon Warwick Hotel will benefit from the Group’s recognized experience in managing high standard hotels and resorts throughout the world.

Warwick International Hotels (WIH) has entered into a management contract with Al Ebaa Company owner. Babylon Warwick hotel Located on the edge of the Tigris River opposite of the USA Embassy, the hotel has been fully renovated to meet the international five stars hotel standards to meet the expectations of international travelers.

Babylon Warwick Hotel consists of 300 rooms including 4 duplex suites. Its extensive facilities include indoor and outdoor Olympic swimming pools, a spa named the Warwick Spa with a Turkish bath, a fitness center, tennis courts, 3 conference rooms with a meeting capacity up to 750 guests, 6 restaurants and a Cigar bar.

Since 2 years, Warwick International Hotels has built a strong network in the Middle East region and now counts 8 hotels under management contract: 2 in Jordan (Amman and Dead Sea), 3 in Lebanon (2 in Beirut, 1 in Jiyeh), 1 in UAE (Dubai), 1 in Iraq (Baghdad), 1 in Qatar (Doha). Others will be announced very shortly. “Warwick International Hotels ‘ambition for the Middle East region is to reach a network of 15 hotels by 2016, declares Jamal Serhan”, VP & CEO for WIH in MENA Region.
