Prior to Kempinski, he held senior managerial positions with reputable organisations such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.

Mr. Caretti will continue to oversee all aspects of the operations and business performance for all 14 Marco Polo hotels. His strong interpersonal and hotel organisation skills, coupled with his ability to successfully tackle new challenges through cross-cultural environments, will enhance the quality and financial performance of all properties as the company’s portfolio continues to grow and flourish in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines.
