Homewood Suites by Hilton®, the national brand
of upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotels, has opened the 91-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton
hotel in Lexington, Kentucky. The hotel is owned by 2033 Bryant Road, LLC and managed by
Wright Property Management, and represents another addition to the growing roster of more than
180 Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels nationwide.
“The new hotel’s location, 14 miles from the Lexington Bluegrass Airport, makes our
city an ideal market for an upscale, extended-stay hotel like Homewood Suites by Hilton,” said
Teri Young, general manager.
“Our hotel is designed for guests who stay for five or more nights, but is also perfect for
short stays and families who need to feel more at home while they are traveling,” Young said.
“We are the ideal place for those travelers who are away from home or the office for several days
but still need to have a full kitchen, executive business center and complimentary high-speed
Internet access.”
The Homewood Suites by Hilton – Lexington/Hamburg is located at: 2033 Bryant Road.
The hotel is conveniently located near many local tourist attractions including shopping within a
one-mile radius and many dining options.
The four-story Homewood Suites by Hilton – Lexington/Hamburg features residentialstyle
studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and spacious sleeping and
living areas that are large enough for work, study, entertaining or relaxing. In an effort to help
guests be more productive, complimentary high-speed Internet is available in each guest suite, as
well as in the Lodge and meeting rooms. In addition, the Hilton Family of Hotels customdesigned
its own clock for each guest suite, featuring one of the easiest-to-set alarms. The new
clocks also feature a connection cable for MP3 players and other portable music devices, an
addition the company made after research revealed that consumers enjoy their own music
preferences while on the road.
Launched in 1989, the Homewood Suites by Hilton brand today has 180 hotels open with
another 110 in the pipeline. Beyond its spacious suites and home-like amenities, Homewood
Suites guests can find at each hotel an on-site Suite Shop® convenience store, exercise facility and
guest laundry at most locations. Guests can also enjoy a daily complimentary Suite Start® hot
breakfast and a Welcome Home® reception featuring a complimentary light meal and beverages
Monday-Thursday evenings.† Additional guest services at Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels
include a complimentary grocery shopping service* and a complete business center at most
locations.
