The awards recognize outstanding achievement in quality, innovation and service for spas around the globe. Competing spas in 2013 included small privately owned spas to globally renowned spa groups.
Rather than a panel of judges, thousands of spa clients worldwide voted online to select winners on a country, continent and global basis.
