Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong presents goose liver as a highlight of the dinner buffet at Café Kool from 1 to 16 September 2012. Made with goose liver from France, the assortment of delicacies is prepared hot or cold for diners’ enjoyment. Regular dinner buffet prices apply.

Guests can start the meal with a freshly made salad topped with Goose Liver Terrine with Wine Jelly as well as Pan-fried Goose Liver with Garlic Toast. Other goose liver creations include Steamed Egg with Goose Liver and Dill Leaves, Deep-Fried Goose Liver Seafood Wonton, Baked Goose Liver and Seafood Pastry and Goose Liver with Beef Tenderloin.

To complement the rich goose liver dishes, a beverage package, priced at just HK$98 per person, is also on offer with an unlimited serving of house red and white wine, soft drink and chilled orange juice.

The dinner buffet is available at the following times and prices:

Monday to Wednesday 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Adult: HK$458 Child: HK$368
Thursday 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Adult: HK$508 Child: HK$408
Friday to Sunday 6 to 9:30 p.m. Adult: HK$528 Child: HK$428
and Public Holidays


All prices are subject to a 10 per cent service charge.

Situated on the mezzanine level of Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong, Café Kool has a warm and upbeat ambience and offers buffets of authentic global cuisine prepared live in six open kitchens by an experienced team of culinary artists.
