With outstanding personalised service, award-winning cuisine, a world-class Spa, and well-equipped meeting rooms and function spaces, Mandarin Oriental, Manila introduces the “Maximise Your Meetings” package for group bookings of 10 rooms or more. Valid until 30 December 2012, the package is designed to provide flexible solutions to organisers as well as offer value-added benefits, from complimentary room upgrades to innovative menus.
Mandarin Oriental, Manila ensures a seamless and worry-free event with a highly-trained staff giving the utmost attention to detail at all stages. A dedicated meeting professional or event manager will be on hand for technical support, and to provide creative ideas to suit the needs of a group or company throughout the event.
The “Maximise Your Meetings” package starts from PHP 4,000 for single occupancy (including breakfast) in a Superior room or PHP 4,500 in a Deluxe Room and includes:
• Full-day use of the meeting venue with menus starting from PHP 1,845 nett per person inclusive of: set lunch, two coffee breaks, one complimentary round of iced tea during lunch, and free-flowing coffee throughout the day.
• Complimentary use of the LCD projector and screen
• Complimentary high-speed Internet access for one delegate at the meeting venue
• One (1) room upgrade to the Mandarin Oriental Club, where a VIP guest can enjoy executive privacy and added amenities
• One (1) complimentary 50-minute massage at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Manila
• Early check-in and late check-out plus VIP welcome amenities for the event organiser.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax, and are valid until 30 December 2012, subject to availability. A minimum booking of ten (10) rooms and a full day meeting (9am to 5pm) applies. Other terms and conditions apply. All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card.
