Warwick International Hotels has reached another milestone in the Pacific with the acquisition of Tokatoka Resort Hotel in Fiji, one of the most established hotels in Nadi, the fast growing business & tourism hub.
The Tokatoka Resort Hotel has 109 rooms, all of which will be completely renovated in the next 18 months. The public areas will also be upgraded to meet Warwick International Hotels’ standards.
Thereby, Tokatoka Resort Hotel will meet domestic & international travellers expectations. The hotel has developed a loyal following in the domestic market where families can enjoy its unique swimming pool, a good restaurant and a number of meeting facilities. The Tokatoka Resort Hotel will also benefit guests of other Warwick International Hotels and resorts with airport transit accommodation before making onward flights.
With its proximity to the airport and with Nadi town being the hub of tourism and business travel in Viti Levu's west, the Tokatoka Resort Hotel provides excellent opportunities for overnight and transit travellers as well as local business travellers from Suva and other parts of the Fiji Islands. The Tokatoka Resort will perfectly complement other WIH resorts in Fiji and the Pacific: Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa, The Naviti Resort and Warwick Le Lagon Resort & Spa and Tambua Sands Beach Resort.
The group has appointed Mr Jack Stark as General Manager for the Tokatoka Resort Hotel. Mr Stark has been one of the longest serving Executive Manager with the Warwick International Hotels in Fiji. Mr Stark’s vast experience in the Tourism Industry will be a great strength in promoting Tokatoka Resort Hotel.
Warwick International Hotels continues its expansion into key markets throughout the world and to look for opportunities within Fiji and the Pacific.
Each property in the WIH portfolio provides guests with exceptional hospitality, personalized service and exquisite décor, creating a distinctive experience at each location.
