Choice Hotels Promotes Stephanie Lykins to Vice President, Talent Development (United States)

Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) recently announced that it has promoted Stephanie Lykins to vice president, talent development. Ms. Lykins will continue to report to Patrick Cimerola, senior vice president, human resources and administration.

In her new role, Ms. Lykins will be responsible for several important areas of the organization including leadership and enterprise development, high-potential talent development, leadership competencies, executive on-boarding and partnering on talent review and organizational design. She will also lead the company's corporate culture initiatives.

"Stephanie is a key member of our leadership team and has been instrumental in elevating the company's training and organizational development efforts," said Cimerola. "Her work will support the company in its continued emphasis on driving workplace excellence, building talent and leadership, and creating and maintaining the best culture for our employees."

Ms. Lykins joined Choice Hotels in 2001 as director of human resources and since that time has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as senior director of organizational development and learning.

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Ms. Lykins previously served in a human resources leadership function at PC Data, Inc. and LexisNexis. She holds a bachelor's degree in management with a concentration in human resources from Antioch University McGregor.
