Solmar Hotels & Resorts Cabo San Lucas today announced the launch of a new "live chat" feature on the hotel collection's official website www.solmar.com, providing guests with the convenience of speaking directly with a reservations or concierge representative via instant chat.
WHAT:
The new live chat feature is available to all guests visiting www.solmar.com and can be accessed by visiting the bottom right corner of the home page. This feature will provide guests with easy, convenient access to Solmar's reservations department or an on-site concierge. Guests are encouraged to use the new feature for assistance regarding rates, packages, tour recommendations and more when planning an upcoming trip to one of the collection's five properties.
Earlier this year, in an effort to continue providing guests with personalized and outstanding service, Solmar Hotels & Resorts Cabo San Lucas introduced an Online Spa Concierge which allows travelers to research and book spa appointments online at on of the four spas within Solmar Spa Collection before stepping foot in Los Cabos.
