Quadriga announces new promotional and TV internet capabilities for hoteliers via Sensiq

Quadriga has today announced additional new features for its established Sensiq guest communications platform, including powerful new promotional tools and a TV Internet with sound and streaming capability. Following the launch of a new entry-level version last month, these new features further demonstrate how Sensiq, installed in thousands of guest rooms across Europe, Russia, Africa, India and the US, is constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of hotels and their guests.
Direct2Guest and PromoDirect enable hotels to easily create and centrally manage campaigns via the cloud and further extend Sensiq’s promotional capabilities to enable hoteliers to target and market directly to guests. PromoDirect enables hoteliers to extend their marketing to reach their guests via TVs in public areas in order to promote services, for example new spa facilities; the coffee shop, partner services and guest special offers. A text banner appears on the screen overlaying either a static image or video content to maximise the impact and attract attention.
Direct2Guest provides hoteliers and brand managers with a unique and powerful marketing tool to manage their communications with guests, directly in their room via the TV. Banner campaigns can be pushed out at selected times to a choice of screen locations within Sensiq, targeting specific guest profiles. Performance reports enable campaign fine-tuning to increase effectiveness.
Sensiq’s latest TV internet capabilities reflect the increasingly tech-savvy hotel guest who wishes to experience a true HD TV internet experience, accessing their favourite websites. Guests are able to stream internet video content, for example via Youtube, providing a superb quality audio and viewing experience.

Sensiq is a multi-media guest communications tool tailored to meet the individual needs of a hotel or brand. It enables them to promote their hotel and services to guests, providing new direct and indirect revenue opportunities and can be bundled with an optional competitively priced internet offering.
These new features are currently in trial with customers and will be available for installation from March.
