Palace Resorts announces the launch of the new All-Inclusive Collection, which will act as the sales and marketing arm of the world's first-ever all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels. Properties include Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and three Mexico properties set to launch in 2012 and 2013 -- Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

Led by Chief Operating Officer Rafael Chapur, son of Roberto Chapur who created the Palace Resorts brand in Mexico more than 25 years ago, the family's longtime success in luxury all-inclusive hotels has set a standard of excellence that will come to life in an even greater way with this new business model.

"When Hard Rock International and Palace Resorts joined together to form a business partnership and create the world's first all inclusive Hard Rock Hotel in the Dominican Republic, we knew the experience would be unlike anything else in the industry," said Rafael Chapur. "The All-Inclusive Collection was developed out of the need to market these unique properties differently than those in the Palace Resorts collection, while creating healthy competition within the marketplace."

While initially focused on the world's first-ever all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels, the All-Inclusive Collection plans to expand its portfolio in Mexico and the Caribbean with new luxury resorts that will continue to shift the sands of the all-inclusive vacation experience.

The All-Inclusive Collection will be led by a team of seasoned professionals with expertise in the luxury all-inclusive realm, including the following:

Chief Operating Officer, Rafael Chapur
Vice President Marketing, Frank Maduro
Vice President Group Sales, Ginny Davito
Director of Sales, Julie Vieyto
Brand Manager, Andrea Chapur
Public Relations Manager, Linda Villafane
Director of North American Field Sales, Ash Tembe

The all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana debuted in early 2011, quickly becoming a beachfront celebrity hotspot, as well as the country's largest casino resort. Featuring signature unmatched all-inclusive amenities, larger than life music memorabilia and the most engaging entertainment options day and night, the resort boasts luxurious accommodations with in-room double Jacuzzi tubs and top-of-the-line amenities in all 1,787 rooms including the 7,744 square-foot signature Rock Star Suite. The outdoor Venetian canal style aquascape includes 12 expansive pools, 4 swim-up bars and 3 kids' pools with flume waterslides. Cuisine choices are endless with 9 international restaurants and delis. The 45,000 square-foot casino includes the high energy Oro Nightclub, plus an additional 6 bars and lounges with the hottest nightlife found not only at the resort, but in all of Punta Cana. The signature Rock Spa™ includes an innovative ice room and the most complete ,hydrotherapy circuit in the Caribbean. The resort's Jack Nicklaus designed Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay meanders through breathtaking local landscapes, providing players with a challenging golf experience. All this, coupled with the perfect location on Macao Beach, offers guests with a truly unique experience at the ultimate beachfront paradise.

After the tremendous first year success of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock International and Palace Resorts are now transforming existing Palace Resorts hotels in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Maya (Cancun Palace, Vallarta Palace, Aventura Spa Palace and Aventura Cove Palace) into Mexico's first all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel properties. The "ultimate all-inclusive" hotels will bring the acclaimed Hard Rock experience to these popular Mexican tourist destinations. The transformation process is currently underway, with the first re-branded Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta scheduled to launch in Spring/Summer 2012, followed by an early 2013 first-phase debut of Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

Each Hard Rock Hotel in Mexico is a beachfront property that, upon its re-flagging, will continue to feature unmatched, all-inclusive luxury accommodations including in-room double Jacuzzis, fine dining, top-shelf drinks, 24-hour room service, live entertainment and more. All three will offer Hard Rock's signature Rock Star Suites and will showcase an extensive collection of authentic memorabilia from international and music artists, while incorporating diverse music genres throughout. Additionally, in keeping with the Hard Rock tradition, each property will host an ongoing schedule of live concerts, celebrity-driven soirees and other exciting on-site events.
